Front of House Staff Member

We are looking for the right person to join our small Front of House team. 

This position is ideal for someone who is willing to take responsibility for the front of house activities while engaging in a customer-facing position.



  • Flexible hours: we are happy to offer a 38-hour contract, but this is open to discussion based on your needs

  • Hourly wage: get paid for every hour you work

  • Average shift duration: 8h

  • Minimum of 2 days off per week, always in a row. Option to have 3 days off

You must have:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry

  • A genuine passion for wine and food

  • Availability 4/5 days a week

  • Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)



  • Certified wine knowledge (e.g. WSET)

  • Experience in fine dining


The post involves the following duties:

  •  Front of House service. We are a small team, so we expect our manager to work alongside our FOH team, carrying out regular service duties. Our service involves describing dishes and wine pairings to customers.

  • Soft drinks prepping

  • Dealing effectively with guest feedback (though all our customers are lovely)

  • End of day cash-up and tips calculation

  • Updating POS software with new products

  • Monitoring bookings and informing the kitchen team about customers’ dietary requirements
